Tillandsia Cork Mount
To make our Tillandsia Cork Mounts, we mount epiphytes from the Air Plant genus, Tillandsia, on natural cork using spanish moss, creating lovely, lightweight wall-hanging pieces. Perfect for small space living, each of our Tillandsia Cork Mounts are fitted with a copper hook allowing them to be easily hung anywhere in the home. As epiphytes that grow naturally in the crooks of tree trunks, on rocks, and anywhere else they can anchor their roots, they are ideal candidates for mounting as they require little root space to thrive. Our Tillandsia Cork Mounts are an elegant way to add a pop of green to the spaces you inhabit.
• Light: Medium to bright, indirect light
• Water: Allow mount to float plant-side down in a basin of room temperature water for 5-10 minutes about once per week. Shake out excess water
• Considerations: Ensure Tillandsia fully dry out within 3 hours of soaking. Good air circulation is vital. Take extra care to ensure standing water is not pooled in the crevasses of your plant

The Tillandsia cork mount I received is absolutely gorgeous! I loved it so much I ordered another cork mount. This time with a Staghorn Fern. The staff at Pistils does a fabulous job! I live in WI so it had a long trip to get to me. The mount arrived perfectly intact. I highly recommend to everyone.
