Marbled Clay Cachepot - Dark

$ 12.00

Designed and produced in Germany, this lightweight planter is sleek and handsome. It's matte, brown-grey finish is lightly marbled with darker brown veins that spiral around the pot. Called a cachepot because it has no drainage hole, you don't have to worry about water dripping out and staining your furniture, making it ideal for any surface or for a hanging planter. Simply set your favorite plant inside the cachepot for easy care, or direct pot your plant with a layer of pebbles or activated charcoal.

Available in 3 sizes:

Small: Approx. 4" opening x 5" W x 4" H
Medium: Approx 5" opening x 5.5" W x 5" H
Large: Approx 6" opening x 7" W x 6.5" H

This pot does not have a drainage hole; if direct potting, consider a layer of activated charcoalMonstera adansonii, pictured in size large planter, sold separately.

Perfect Little Pot

Love this cache pot! Medium size is just right for a 5 inch net pot. Not having a drainage hole means I can use it with LECA. Perfect for my Hoyas!! Color is neutral, not too warm or cool, fits in any interior. Looks so classy with oiled wood and pipe crafted shelves.

Love my cache pots from Pistils

I have a number of these in assorted sizes. They’re great if you want to just drop your plant pot right into the cache pot without transplanting it. No drainage hole but I put in about an inch of charcoal in the bottom before I put the plant in.
