Davallia is a fascinating genus of ferns, often called Rabbit's Foot Ferns for their characteristic fuzzy, densely scaled rhizomatous “feet” that extend across soil and over the edges of planters. These fascinating growths eventually sprout charming fiddleheads which unfurl to reveal multi-pinnate fronds. Remarkably fast growing under ideal conditions, this fern thrives with regular maintenance and plenty of humidity. The soft, lacy foliage of the main plant grows in a mounded habit, but it is likely to creep in any direction it’s allowed!

PLANT CARE

Light: Perfect for medium to bright, indirect light
