Dracaena pethera 'Coppertone' (prev. Sansevieria kirkii)
Previously known as Sansevieria kirkii, Dracaena pethera 'Coppertone' is a snake plant with mottled leaves that sport a unique colorscape. The succulent leaves sport a muted, copper coloring and grow flat to the ground. Native to parts of Africa, Dracaena pethera likely adapted to appear withered and dry to hide the fact that its leaves are plump with water.
• Light: Medium to bright, indirect light. Tolerant of some direct sun.
• Water: Water when the soil has fully dried.
• Considerations: This plant is susceptible to root rot. Be careful not to overwater.
