Ludochilus 'Sea Turtle' - Hybrid Jewel Orchid
Ludochilus 'Sea Turtle' is one of the so-called "Jewel Orchids", terrestrial orchids grown primarily for their sparkling foliage, rather than flowers. This species is a hybrid between Ludisia discolor and Anoectochilus formosanus. The result is a stunning, deep purple-green foliage with pink venation in a pattern that looks not unlike the back of its namesake, the sea turtle.
PLANT CARE
• Light: Low to medium indirect light
• Water: Keep growing medium lightly moist at all times
• Considerations: Mist regularly to create a humid environment. Clip flower spikes after blooms fade
